Katharina Gundermann and her team offer personalized training plans for women of all ages and different phases in life – Get in Shape whatever your starting point; Stay in Shape during your pregnancy; get Back in Shape after your child has arrived.
Women are all different and when it comes to fitness, each has their own definition and goals. Some want to improve their quality of life, others want to increase their physical and mental performance. Regardless of what success means to you, we work together to define your goals.
Based on your motivation and goals we create an individualized training plan, selecting a number of appropriate exercises and teach you the proper technique. We use an array of modern and tried and true methods including but not limited to: yoga, pilates, strength and endurance training, posture training, pelvic floor training, stretching, classic as well as trigger point massages.
As a rule, our coaching focuses not just on outward appearance but on general health and wellbeing. We take an all-encompassing approach, and as such use a combination of sport and nutrition to achieve your goals. We’re firmly in your corner and support and coach you on your journey to improved health and happiness.
On Location in Bern
We can meet wherever is most convenient for you, at home or at the office. We are already working in a number of neighbourhoods, including: Spiegel (bei Bern), Kirchenfeldquartier and Bremgarten.
